Richard Pochepan is the founder of EXPAND Global. He has worked in the software industry in the USA and Europe for over 20 years. Mr. Pochepan holds a degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a graduate degree in Computer Engineering from the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University.
