Founded in 2003, Expand Global provides organizations business consulting and technology solutions across North America and Europe to enable the efficient expansion and utilization of enterprise software.

We offer Business Development services to help software companies enter new markets. This includes both strategic business and technical consulting. In select markets (i.e. United States, the United Kingdom and Germany) we provide alliance management and sales outsourcing services.

Our Software Services unit provides professional services and technology solutions to help organizations optimize the rollout of enterprise software applications. Our core competencies focus on delivering tailored solution for software training, business process documentation, performance support and e-learning.

Management

Richard Pochepan is the founder and owner of Expand Global GmbH. For over 15 years he has assisted software companies with their international expansion initiatives in the USA and Europe. His areas of expertise cover business development, strategic alliances, marketing, enterprise software sales, project management and e-learning.

Mr. Pochepan has a background in software development and sales with IBM. He holds a Degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
